This is pretty straight forward. First move the seat as far forward as you car. Now use a Phillips head screw driver to remove the 3 screws that hold the trim piece in place, one is on the back side of the seat. Pull the trim piece back a bit and let it hang. The plastic cover/panel on the back of my Overland's driver's seat appears to be warping. There's about a 1/4" space between the top edge of the panel and the back of the seat. I can see the wiring, etc. inside the seat through the gap. I've heard there may be a service advisory regarding the fit of these panels.
