That article does not specify an average price. It just states that it's not uncommon to pay 100 NOK for a pint and also refers to some extreme cases where the cost is about 130 NOK. I would guess that the average price for a regular "pils" is below 100 NOK, more like 80 NOK. At least in Oslo, which is the only place I regularly drink at.
Whilst this might be just over £5, which for most English people would be an acceptable cost per pint, let me mention that the minimum wage is 104 CKZ (before taxes), which basically means that that beer would cost about £15 in London. I hope you see my point about how overpriced beer in the centre of Prague is.
