Basically, I am wondering what the major differences are between these three in terms of: Overall costs (including building and maintaining both tracks and stations). Speed (both track speed and halt time). Usage attractiveness for cims. If I opt for metro, it would be running almost entirely above ground.

Enhanced is an upgraded ray traced version of the game also designed to run on next-generation consoles, it is pretty much an Enhanced version of the Gold which is the game plus all DLC's. If you already have the Gold version the Enhanced/upgraded version of the game is free to download. Asnosabe.
